Google Ads for B2B

B2B Google Ads management that pays for itself in pipeline

Most B2B Google Ads accounts pay for job seekers, students and people who will never buy. I rebuild accounts around the few searches your buyers actually make, then teach Google to find more of the leads your sales team wants.

What you get

  • 01Account audit with wasted spend sized in rupees
  • 02Campaign structure built around buying intent
  • 03Negative keyword lists that keep growing every week
  • 04Ad copy and landing page briefs written for a buying committee
  • 05Offline conversion import so Google optimises for qualified leads
  • 06One honest weekly report: spend, leads, pipeline, next steps

How it works

  1. 1

    Audit

Two weeks reading search terms, conversions and CRM data. You get a list of what to stop, what to keep and what to fix first.

  2. 2

    Rebuild

New structure, match types, negatives, ads and conversion tracking that counts real leads, not form spam.

  3. 3

    Feed the machine

Lead quality flows back from your CRM so bidding learns which clicks become pipeline.

  4. 4

    Compound

Weekly search term reviews, testing and budget moves toward what closes.

Why most B2B Google Ads accounts leak money

Google Ads was built for volume. B2B buying is not. A company selling, say, warehouse management software might get a few hundred genuinely relevant searches a month, surrounded by thousands of searches from students, job seekers and people looking for a free template. Left on default settings, Google happily spends your budget on all of them.

The usual symptoms are easy to spot: a healthy number of leads in the dashboard, and a sales team that says the leads are useless. That gap is almost always a structure and measurement problem, not a budget problem.

What I fix first

  • Search terms. I read what people actually typed before your ad showed, and build negative keyword lists for B2B that remove whole themes of waste at once.
  • Match types and structure. Campaigns grouped by intent (problem, solution, competitor, brand) so budget goes where buyers are, and reporting tells you something.
  • Conversion tracking. A form fill is not a lead. I set up tracking so that qualified leads, meetings and opportunities from your CRM flow back to Google. I explain the full approach in tracking B2B leads to revenue.
  • Landing pages. Clear pages that answer what a buying committee needs to know, with one obvious next step.

How I run your account

I work as a hands-on consultant, not an agency with layers. You talk to me, and I do the work. Every week you get one short report: what we spent, what came in, what sales said about it, and what changes next week. No dashboards full of vanity metrics.

Google Ads also works best next to the other channels. Search tells you which problems buyers type into Google today, and that feeds straight into B2B SEO pages that keep ranking long after a campaign is paused. If your buyers need more convincing before they search, LinkedIn Ads can warm up the right accounts first.

Who this is for

B2B companies that sell to other businesses with a considered sales cycle: SaaS and AI platforms, cloud and IT services, industrial and commercial real estate, manufacturing, professional services and B2B fintech. If you sell to consumers, I am not the right fit, and I will tell you so.

Frequently asked questions

Do Google Ads work for B2B companies?

Yes, when the account is built for buying intent. B2B search volumes are small, but the people searching for a specific solution are often already comparing vendors. The work is in excluding everyone else and measuring qualified leads instead of form fills.

What budget do I need for B2B Google Ads in India?

It depends on your cost per click and how many leads you need to learn from. For most B2B categories I suggest starting with enough budget to get at least 30 to 50 leads a month, so the data is meaningful. I size this with you during the audit, using your real click costs.

Should a B2B company use Performance Max?

Sometimes, but carefully. Performance Max can find volume, yet without strong conversion signals and exclusions it often drifts toward cheap, low-quality leads. I usually start with Search, fix measurement, and only then test Performance Max with offline conversion data.

How long before B2B Google Ads show results?

Wasted spend usually drops in the first two to four weeks. Lead quality improves over one to three months as conversion data from your CRM teaches bidding what a good lead looks like. Pipeline impact depends on your sales cycle.

Do you work on a retainer or per project?

Both. Many clients start with a fixed-scope audit and rebuild, then continue on a monthly retainer for management and reporting. We agree the scope and outcomes before anything starts.
